The members of the section are: the Vice-Chairman of the Conference Organizing Committee and appointed members of the Organizing and Scientific Committees.
The jury is appointed for the duration of the Competition.

4. Course of the Competition
Before the start of the conference, the Chairman of the Chapter determines which works meet the conditions for participation in the Competition (hereinafter referred to as “Works”). The task of the Jury members is to participate in the presentation of all Works.
The evaluation will take place in two stages:
1. Before the conference, each member of the evaluation committee will receive the presentation abstracts. The interim evaluation takes place during the conference or immediately after each student presentation session. Each jury member either completes an evaluation sheet or uses an electronic system.
2. A joint final decision on the best Works is made after all presentations and interim evaluations. The jury meets to review all evaluations and determine the award recipients. Interim scores are summarised, and additional factors such as the persuasiveness of the presentation, the quality of responses to questions, and even creativity may be considered. Evaluations and decisions must be confidential until published.
Student presentations will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
● Relevance and novelty of the research (40 points)
● Appropriateness and validity of the methodology (10 points)
● Quality of results and analysis (20 points)
● Quality of the presentation at the conference (30 points)
The total score is used for evaluation. The student with the highest score receives the award. Two students will be awarded at the conference: one for the best oral presentation and one for the best poster presentation.

5. Announcement of results
The results will be announced on October 21, 2025, during the closing ceremony of the Conference.
