ORAL & POSTER SESSIONS

Presenter Instructions
- Presentation time: 10 minutes maximum (please aim for 8–10 minutes).
- Discussion & questions: 5 minutes immediately following your talk.
- Total session time: 15 minutes per presenter.
- Please keep to time so all sessions can run smoothly.
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before your session to load slides and check equipment.
- Bring your presentation on a USB drive and/or email to conference e-mail (info@biomdlore.lt) 15 min before the session.
- Speak clearly and stay within your key points — focus on your main findings or messages.
Poster Presenter Instructions
- You may set up your poster on the first day of the conference.
- Posters must be in place no later than 15 minutes before the start of the poster session.
- Posters should be prepared and printed in A1 format (594 × 841 mm) and displayed portrait orientation (recommended template). Participants of the Student Competition are kindly reminded to include the competition badge on their posters.
- Please stay by your poster during your assigned session to discuss your work and answer questions.
- Be ready to give a brief 2–3 minute summary of your research to interested visitors.
- Remove your poster at the end of the session.
- Include your name and contact information on the poster for follow-up discussions.
